Dr. Samson Omotosho (Dr. Sam) is a board-certified and Maryland-licensed psychiatric nurse practitioner at Optimum Mental Health, LLC. He is based both in Baltimore City and Baltimore County. However, he sees patients from any part of the State of Maryland by in-person visit or by audio and video telehealth (i.e. by phone or Zoom). Dr. Sam has over 20 years of experience in outpatient psychiatric treatment. He sees patients 13 years and above. He provides treatment for depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety disorder, substance use disorder, OCD, PTSD, ADHD, schizophrenia, and other chronic mental health conditions. Dr. Sam believes that patients with mental health problems can be provided with the right medications and therapy for recovery and optimum functioning. Dr. Sam is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and the Nurse Practitioners Association of Maryland (NPAM).
